The foundation begins with a comprehensive mechanical restoration. The suspension and drivetrain have been extensively refreshed with new OEM components, including wheel bearings, lower control arms, axles, driveshaft, engine mounts, a rebuilt transfer case, complete preventative maintenance, a new water pump, and cooling system updates. MCS dampers, Eurowise suspension components, reinforced control arms, and full underbody protection provide the confidence to tackle demanding terrain while maintaining excellent road manners.
Recovery and durability were priorities from the beginning. A Warn VR EVO 12-S winch with Factor 55 recovery equipment is integrated into the custom Eurowise Baja front bumper, while a reinforced dual swing-out rear bumper provides secure mounting for recovery gear, oversized spare equipment, and expedition accessories. Purpose-built armor

The rear cargo area has been transformed into a fully integrated overland system. Custom drawer storage, a slide-out kitchen, Dometic refrigeration, an ARB onboard air system, pressurized onboard water, complete Otzi Gear modular storage, Radius Outfitters organization systems, Leitner roof storage, and professionally integrated power distribution create
