Finished in Carrara White over Black leather, this 997.1 GT3 is a superbly maintained example showing 30k miles and benefitting from a comprehensive engine-out service and mechanical refresh completed in 2023. The engine and transmission were removed to address a leaking rear main seal and install a new Sachs clutch assembly, including disc, pressure plate, release bearing, and guide tube. While apart, the cooling system was completely overhauled with SharkWerks stainless steel coolant pipes replacing the factory plastic units, and all aluminum fittings were drilled and pinned for long-term reliability. New coolant hoses, o-rings, thermostat housing, spark plugs, and filters were fitted, along with fresh engine oil, gear oil, coolant, and power steering fluid. The A/C system was serviced and recharged, and front trunk shocks were replaced. Later in 2023, additional mechanical work included a new water pump, coolant expansion tank, drive belt, coolant flush, and Ferodo brake pads with new front rotors. Other items addressed at that time included a brake fluid flush, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, wheel refinishing, and installation of Rennline accessories, including a pedal set and radiator grille screens. The car also received a track/street alignment and A/C system reseal. Upgrades to this GT3 include a Porsche Classic Communication Management Plus (PCCM+) radio with Apple CarPlay, Bilstein Damptronic coilover dampers (integrated with the factory PASM button), a Soul Performance center muffler bypass, and a short shifter. In late 2023, all four shocks were rebuilt followed by a four-wheel alignment. Following paint correction, the entire vehicle was wrapped in new Xpel paint protection film (PPF), ensuring the finish remains in exceptional condition. With the most critical and labor-intensive service items—clutch, rear main seal, and coolant system upgrades—already completed, this 997.1 GT3 stands as a turn-key, meticulously sorted example ready for both road and track use.
