2007 GT3 (30k miles) - Finished in Carrara White over Black leather, this 997.1 GT3 is a superbly maintained example showing fewer than 30k miles and benefitting from a comprehensive engine-out service and mechanical refresh completed in 2023. In February 2023, the engine and transmission were removed to address a leaking rear main seal and install a new Sachs clutch assembly, including disc, pressure plate, release bearing, and guide tube. While apart, the cooling system was completely overhauled with SharkWerks stainless steel coolant pipes replacing the factory plastic units, and all aluminum fittings were drilled and pinned for long-term reliability. New coolant hoses, o-rings, thermostat housing, spark plugs, and filters were fitted, along with fresh engine oil, gear oil, coolant, and power steering fluid. The A/C system was serviced and recharged, and the front trunk shocks were replaced. In August 2023, both rear shocks were rebuilt by Performance Shock Inc. with new Bilstein seals and synthetic oil, followed by a four-wheel alignment. Upgrades to this GT3 include Bilstein Damptronic coilover dampers (integrated with the factory PASM button), a Soul Performance center muffler bypass, short shifter. Factory equipment includes heated leather sport seats, Sport Chrono Package, self-dimming mirrors, Sound Package Plus, and Bi-Xenon headlamps. Following paint correction, the entire vehicle was wrapped in new paint protection film (PPF), ensuring the finish remains in exceptional condition.
