1974 911 Carrera - finished in Grand Prix White over Midnight Partial Leather. After storage in the dry New Mexico climate for many years, it was purchased in 2014 and subject to a complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration starting in 2015. Over $63 thousand in receipts and service records are on hand, with assistance from some of the most respected names in the Porsche restoration business. The result is one of the finest ’74 US Carreras we have found. The engine and gearbox were rebuilt by Southern California Porsche institution, Aase Motors (with engine run-in on their dyno as well). The brakes were rebuilt by PMB Performance and suspension fitted with new Bilstein shock absorbers fitted all around. The interior was supplied by Autos International and looks absolutely stellar, with correct midnight carpeting and seat upholstery throughout. All paint, bodywork, and assembly were completed in Santa Fe, NM with extensive photos of the restoration process, from beginning to end, available for review--along with an extensive binder including all receipts and records.
