1971 Porsche 911T

SOLD

Price:  SOLD

Zweck is pleased to offer this 1971 911T featuring a 2.7L RS-spec engine with Weber carburetors and its original 901, 5-speed transmission. Finished in Light Yellow with black interior and vintage-style OMP seats, this 911T is an original Southern California car, showing no signs of rust, after a repaint in its factory-correct Light Yellow in the late 1990s. The 2.7L engine is incredibly punchy and responsive and was built with 90mm Carrera RS-spec pistons and cylinders, Weber 40 IDA carburetors, 911E camshafts, Dilivar head studs, and updated tensioners. The exhaust flows through stainless steel heat exchangers. Group 4 wheels have been freshly mounted with new Dunlop tires. We recently performed an extensive service including carburetor rebuild, re-jet and tune, new fuel pump, valve adjustment, oil change, spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor, tires, corner balance, alignment and shifter bushings. Last leak down test confirmed 4-5% across all six cylinders. A new Momo Prototipo steering wheel and hub have been installed as well. Before being built to its current specification, the donor engine was removed from a 1975 911S. This T also benefitted from a brake service and caliper rebuild by Black Forest Automotive in San Diego. The vehicle comes with COA, books and records.
