Zweck is pleased to present a rare US-legal example of the 1993 968 Clubsport finished in Speed Yellow with paint-matched Recaro bucket seats and Cup 1 wheels and only 35,000 mi / 56,000 km since new. The 968 CS was once proclaimed by Walter Rohrl as the best-handling Porsche built and only 1,923 models were produced worldwide, none of which officially came to the USA. This CS was delivered to Switzerland in 1993 and has been maintained fastidiously with extensive records and receipts dating back to new. The car comes from a well known Porsche collection in Belgium and in 2019 was displayed at the Belgian national auto museum in Brussels, as part of an exhibition celebrating 70 years of Porsche. This Clubsport was imported to the US in June 2020. During its most recent ownership, a removable, bolt-in Heigo 6-point rollcage was painted and installed along with a mild aftermarket exhaust system. The factory exhaust is included as well. The 3.0l 4-cylinder Variocam engine, 6-speed transmission and superbly balanced chassis make every drive a pleasure. The Clubsport has an incredible road presence as well, from its shape to the Speed Yellow paint and color-matched accents. The car oozes sports purpose appeal and looks like an absolute racecar for the road, with much better manners. The air conditioning blows ice-cold and the factory radio is still installed as well.
