Shipping & Returns

Q: Returns & Exchanges

Before shipping or initiating any returns, please first contact ZWECK at sales@zweck.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No Returns On:
  • Custom and special order parts
  • Damaged, modified parts, previously installed or altered parts
  • Electrical parts
  • Special priced or clearance items
  • Used or discontinued parts
Please mark your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package to ensure your return is received and reviewed correctly. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment. Return shipping charges must be prepaid. Returned merchandise must be labeled with the part number in the original packaging and be in perfect resalable and non-used condition within 30 days from the date of shipment. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Q: Outgoing Shipments

Shipments are made Monday-Friday, not including holidays and special closures as notified and made from our primary location or by vendor drop-shipment as required. Time in transit is based on business days only. Unless Saturday Delivery is requested, Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will arrive Monday. Some items may ship separately. Some items cannot be shipped internationally. Some items may ship ground only.

Q: Rates

You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your postal code or country in the shipping estimator on the cart page. You can also get the shipping cost during checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.

Q: Shipping To Multiple Locations

We cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Q: Domestic (U.S.) Shipping, Contiguous U.S.

For orders to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), we offer various FedEx and USPS shipping options. Freight delivery is available on request.

Q: AK, HI, AND PR

FedEx and USPS service are available. Purchaser is responsible for items and claims on items shipped via Postal Service.

Q: PO Boxes

Orders weighing less than 70 pounds can be sent through the United States Postal Service. We cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of the contiguous U.S.

Q: International Shipping

ZWECK ships internationally. Orders shipped using Economy Shipping may take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery. Tracking may not be available. Please note that orders shipped via Economy Shipping cannot be rerouted after shipment. Claims for items shipped via international economy methods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Q: Customs Fees

Customs fees (duties, taxes, processing, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and are required to obtain your order. These fees are not included in your shipping charges. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts", or send with lower customs declaration values ZWECK has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

Items with shipping restrictions are noted on the product page. All shipping restrictions are for legal reasons, not under our control.

ZWECK/Seller disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Since ZWECK/Seller cannot control the manner of use of its products after their sale, ZWECK/Seller will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. When ZWECK/Seller are acting as a distributor of products manufactured by other companies, ZWECK/Seller expressly limits its liability to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer, which guarantees ZWECK/Seller will pass on to the customer. ZWECK shall not be responsible for any legal issues regarding the modification of street legal vehicles, racing vehicles and all other vehicles. Customer understands and agrees that all items are strictly for racing vehicles not intended to be driven on public streets. The above Terms and Conditions apply also to foreign countries.

Customer hereby releases and holds ZWECK harmless from any and all claims, injuries or causes of action by or on behalf of customer or of any third party caused, in whole or in part, by the intentional acts or negligence of customer or of any third party, or in any way related to any failure of customer or customer’s vehicle to comply with any law, ordinance, rule, or regulation.


FAQ

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

A delay can sometimes happen due to holiday hours, natural disasters/unusual weather. If there is a greater possibility of a shipping delay, we will notify you before your item ships

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We absolutely ship outside the US. Shipping rates may vary
